Always good habit is good for Human • Drinking Water         Drink enough water is good for Human body . Our body is 60% of water . If we do not drink enough water it makes us unhealthy . WHAT IS MIND AND HOW IT WORKS IN HUMAN BODY

Do you know where mind is located in human body ? Sometimes people are facing a difficult situation like brain say something and mind say something elese. Meditation is Hinduism. Meditation is Yoga. Meditation is a tradition of Hindu religion. Meditation is a technique for resting the mind staying at a state of consciousness, also takes the mind from normal state to spirituality.   In a human being meditation creates concentration , brings happiness , makes human being healthy.   Meditation is medicine which reduce stress , anxiety , tiredness .   In a small way I can say meditation is a spiritual process, through this process anyone can control their mind , living their life peacefully , control their emotion , and also gathering the power of mind.   So i suggest everyone , requesting everyone please do practice meditation everyday.
