WHAT KIND OF HABIT IS GOOD FOR HUMAN ?

Always good habit is good for Human

Drinking Water
   
   Drink enough water is good for Human body . Our body is 60% of water . If we do not drink enough water it makes us unhealthy . If our body is unhealthy we are unable to do any work . So make habit to drink enough water .

Be Calm

   Most of time we are unable to control our patience . It can efect our behaviour , so always try to be calm . To be calm you can start to practice meditation. 

Savings Money

  Money is importent to live life . Savings is good way to make money , so be habituated to start savings few amount of money from your earnings before expense for your necessary need .

Read Books

  Knowledge is very powerful to handle any bad situation . So make habit to read books .

Do work as much as possible

  To get success work is important . So make habit to work as much as you can in a day . 

Take Enough Sleep

   To running our body in proper way , we should take enough sleep , it makes our brain healthy . Otherwise we can not focus on anything . It is not good for us .

      I know people know the point which i explained above but my main focus on habit . If people make habit on the point which i explained above it balance life and makes life better and happy .
