  What is cast census in India? Before we know about the cast census, need to know about the census. It is nothing but the count of population of a country. Systematically first nationwide synchronous census was conducted in 1872 by 4th viceroy of India Lord Mayo, but yet it was not fully synchronous census. Prior 1872 census was conducted but it was region basis in Dhaka (before Dacca) - 1830.  Calcutta 1821, 1831, 1837, 1850, 1866.  Bombay 1833, 1844, 1849, 1864, and Madras 1822, 1863, 1867. Under British Rule, first all India census was conducted in 1881 by W.C.Plowden, cast enumeration also included, and it continued to 1931, it happens in every 10 year. This nation share border with 7 country, Chad belong to East, Nigeria is at South, Benin and Burkina Faso is at South West, Mali is at West, Algeria at North West and Libya at North. Civil Defence Mock Drill

  What is civil defence mock drill? It is a rehearsal of civilians as well as authorities to self defence during any threatening situation, such as war, drone missile attacks, aerial attacks. It strengthen the citizen mentally and physically how to stay calm at war like situation and get himself or herself out from this to safe place. Last time it was practiced in 1971 during Bangladesh war, and again it is conducting in 2025. It also includes blackouts, is a strategic technique during a war, the cities which are close to the border, defence and government location all are blackout in the night to protect from the enemy. During this time don't be panic, focus and follow authorities's all instructions through mobile, radio, television, if internet is temporary block then follow the volunteer and do whatever they instruct you.
