Yoga is an ancient technology to improve human Psychology. According to our thought process we are working, doing action on something and for that action we get result. If the action is good revert will be nice but if not revert will not be good. According to my opinion i may be wrong everything depends on our thinking process.
Nowadays students are victim of bad culture, habit, unable to focus on study, minimum sleeping time, mental health issue. Most of student suffer of this difficulties. Every parent educate their child to build habit of Yoga. This is a healthy process to fight with this bad habit.
